Improvement Plan

It was agreed between ABHR and the owners that a Diversity Culture Change Programme would be designed and rolled out. The programme covered training seminars, case studies, installation of Policies and Procedures covering Equal Opportunities, Dignity at Work and the Promotion of Diversity. Team Leaders were taken to other similar organisations to see diversity in action and exposed them to how it is being handled elsewhere.

Evaluation

The questionnaires were administered again 4 months after the programme and the difference in response was dramatic. The owners now feel protected, the employees feel valued and the managers are educated and trained in how to make and get the best out of everyone aswell as spotting any potential problems.
