The Bronze Pack plus- An appraisal scheme;
- 3 days of training on your chosen employment issue;
- 100 hours (in addition to the time given in the Bronze Pack) of on site support and assistance for individuals dealing with the management of employment issues such as recruitment, induction, development, poor performance, absence from work, disciplinaries, grievances and terminations. This includes prior mentoring before any issue, buddying if required and feedback including advice on drafting of any necessary documentation surrounding the matter.*
