Employment Skills Coaching

ABHR offers employment skills coaching for all areas of employment from recruitment to resignation. Our sessions are tailored specifically to the individual taking into account their current knowledge, expertise and previous experience. Usually focusing on a particular subject the objectives of the coaching session will be agreed from the outset and usually include the individual being able to perform a specific, well-defined task or the demonstration of learning.

Example subjects are:

  • Interviewing;
  • How to hold a Disciplinary Hearing;
  • Managing Performance;
  • Dealing with Difficult Employees;
  • Running an Appraisal.
